Baptism
“Therefore we are buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”
Romans 6:4
What is baptism all about?
Baptism is an ordinance of the Church. It is an act of faith and obedience to the commands of Christ. It is the next step in your journey of following Jesus! Baptism does not make you a believer; it shows that you already are one!
How old can a person be to be baptized?
Baptism is open to any child or adult who is old enough to make a conscience decision of faith in Jesus.
We do not baptize infants, but we do dedicate them to the Lord. If you have a baby that you’d like to have dedicated during Sunday service, please email the church at [Please enable JavaScript.].
I want to be baptized, what do I do next?
Please contact us at [Please enable JavaScript.] and someone from our church will get back to you shortly. Our baptisms are at the beach and all are welcome!
